Home or office? Two perspectives on the modern workplace

I've been working as a web designer from my flat for three years now. Honestly, I love the 1.__________. I don't miss the crowded morning trains, expensive takeaway coffees, and constant office distractions. Now, I can start my day with a quiet cup of tea, work in my comfortable clothes, and finish my tasks whenever I feel most productive.

However, it isn't always perfect. The biggest challenge for me is the deep sense of 2.__________. Some days, the only person I speak to is the delivery driver. It's also incredibly difficult to separate my personal life from my professional life. When your desk is in your living room, you're always close to your work, and it's hard to switch off in the evening.

I'm a project manager, and I still travel to our city-centre office four days a week. For me, the physical office has incredible 3.__________. There is more chance that 4.__________ brainstorming sessions actually happen, team collaboration is much faster, and learning from senior colleagues is much easier. I also appreciate having a clear routine. When I leave the building at 5 pm, my work day is officially over.

Of course, there are downsides. My daily 5.__________ takes 45 minutes each way, which is tiring and expensive. Plus, open-plan offices can be extremely noisy, making it hard to focus on complex tasks. Still, I believe the social energy and team 6.__________ are worth the travel.
