Possessive 's
Overview
In this beginner-level ESL lesson plan, we will focus on the use of possessive 's in English. Students will learn and practice using this useful grammatical element to indicate ownership, making their expressions clear and concise.
The lesson plan begins with a suggested boardwork example to introduce students to the effective use of possessive 's. Students will then engage in several low-resource classroom activities focusing on grammar exercises and communicating the ownership of different objects in the classroom. Finally, the lesson will culminate with a classroom game, which will help the students apply and reinforce their learning in a fun and interactive manner.
