Talking about jobs
Overview
Welcome to our adult beginner ESL lesson plan on vocabulary related to professions. This is the first of three lessons that aim to enhance your students' knowledge of language associated with jobs and the workplace.
The lesson plan encourages your students to work in groups and participate in various classroom activities requiring minimal resources. Additionally, we include a warm-up exercise, sample boardwork and a recommended homework task to encourage students to reinforce their learning beyond the classroom. We end the lesson with a classroom game to further solidify the target vocabulary.
