Talking about your week
Overview
In this ESL lesson for beginners, students will learn how to talk about their weekly routines and daily events. Helping enhance their communication abilities and understanding of the cultural differences surrounding everyday life.
The lesson begins with a suggested boardwork example that outlines one approach to introducing the lesson's target language. Following that, we incorporate several low-resource activities, wherein students engage in peer interviews, probing their classmates about their week and reporting what they learn to the teacher. We finish with an interactive classroom game, reinforcing the day's learnings.
