Relative pronouns
Overview
This lesson focuses on the different types of relative pronouns and their correct usage within a sentence. By the end of the session, students will clearly understand how to use these pronouns to connect ideas and clauses within a sentence.
The lesson plan provides a suggested boardwork example that shows one way to present the target language of the lesson. This is followed by several low-resource ESL activities, where students will work together to create sentences using relative pronouns. We also include a classroom game at the end to wrap up the session.
